Quick Mask

I used levels, colour and contrast check and sharpen

                                          I used the quick mask mode
                                          I used the bluring tool and the unsharp mask

Layers

I used a second layer
I changed the levels, color and contrast check, crop, Unsharp mask, and dodged and burned some areas that needed it
I used the burn tool
I used the lasso tool and a feather
I flatten the image and save it as an jpeg

I changed the levels, corrected the colors, brightened the contrast and used grayscale
